Shipping policy

UNITED STATES

We offer delivery via USPS and UPS on all domestic orders. USPS orders placed before 1 PM PST are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. UPS orders placed before 1 PM PST are processed and shipped within 72 hours, Monday through Friday.

We make every effort to ship a orders in a timely manner, but there may be times when we are unable to meet the 24 hour goal due to heavy workload or other circumstances.  We do not accept any liability for a delay in shipping your order. .

International orders placed before 1 PM PST are usually processed and shipped within 36 hours, Monday through Saturday. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance and customer selection, and will be presented before payment is processed.

TRACKING INFORMATION

All orders shipped by the Grandorastore include tracking numbers.  Our e-commerce platform automatically sends tracking information to the email or SMS capable number you provided during checkout as a courtesy to you.  If you do not receive this tracking information and would like to know when your package is expected to be delivered, it is your responsibility to contact us and request one.  If a package is returned due to failure to pick it up at your local post or customs office, you must pay all cost to re-deliver your order.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

International customers should be aware that delays may be imposed by their country’s customs clearance. The Grandorastore is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer placing the order, and are not assessed during checkout.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 45 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier, and are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. We cannot guarantee that changes to delivery instructions can be executed once your package leaves our care.

LIMIT OF RESPONSIBILITY

We are responsible for delivery of your order to your requested delivery address.  By placing your order you agree to accept responsibility for the care and storage of your order after delivery is completed to your shipping address. Once the package is documented as delivered by the shipping service, your contract for products and services with the Grandorastore is considered complete.

PORCH PIRACY

If you have concerns that your package may be stolen after delivery, we highly recommend that you request special handling instructions at the time you place your order. Optional services, such as signature confirmation, holds at your local courier facility, or shipping to your office/business address can be requested, and may incur additional charges.
